Year 2016 was remarkable for us, We delivered a fully automatic system for Calcium Chloride granulation for one of our esteemed client, Client was chemical company which was producing over 100 tonnes of HCL as a by-product. Handling this HCL was a hassle for them, SAKA provided CACL2 granulation system with capacity of 100 TPD which was easy to use, clean and maintain. Client was very happy with the plant and was able to make it fully operational within just couple of trails.
Handling, managing and disposing Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) is one of the cumbersome task. Many companies in process industry, end up manufacturing HCL as bi-product during their process such as detergent manufacturing, Soda Ash manufacturing etc. HCL is not only hazardous but also has acute side effect on human body. effective disposing of HCL is costly and difficult.
HCL can be further processed to form Calcium Chloride which has a wide industrial applications and demand. Right from Oil and Gas, Cement to fire fighting and paint industry. Granulation of Calcium Chloride makes its handling and transportation easy and hassle free.
